Slow down the chatter in your brain. Discover the power and grace of your intuition. Learn to be 'in the flow' of your own life – by co-creating with your unconscious mind.
In each class we practice a variety of meditation techniques derived from various traditions - a sample which enables both new and experienced meditators to discover and fine-tune what works best for them as individuals. We also explore what consciousness – and its awakening – is.
Classes include a guided meditation journey which attunes to the healing and awakening needs and aspirations of the participants. Participants consistently comment on feeling a deep sense of profound rejuvenation – finding their own wisdom and becoming its true friend.

Lantern Walk + Sunset Soul Talk

Join us for a Members Only evening of inspiration and delight!

Who: HeartSong Members who yearn to experience the authentic cycles of nature and who wish to connect with themselves and others in a more deeply inspiring way.

What it Is: We’ll begin with a warm-hearted discussion of ‘What it Is to Be In a Soulful Relationship’. How do ‘soulful’ relationships evolve? How do we set the stage for them? How do we attract them? Enjoy this discussion facilitated by Ariole while enjoying a piece of organic pie and/or a delicious organic beverage. Then we’ll set out into the night and experience nature in her true splendor as we walk by lantern light along the Jericho and Locarno Beaches.

HeartSong Climbing Event

Join us for a Members Only afternoon of exhilaration and freedom as we discover our True Inner Power!

What: Discover Your True Power HeartSong Climbing Event

Who: HeartSong Members who have a niggling sense that they are capable of more than they believe. People who wish to experience their True Inner Power – which exists in the overcoming of fear - “false evidence appearing real”. Climbing brings out tremendous inner confidence and a glorious sense of willingness to engage in Life in new and exciting ways.

What it Is: This is a completely safe Event. We will be belayed by ‘Mountain Goats’ - young people who were born with the mountains in their spirit. With professional harnesses we will be supported to climb mild to moderate ascents up a two storey indoor wall. The Edge Climbing Centre is one of the most well-equipped indoor climbing gyms in Vancouver. This afternoon Event will support you to climb to new inner heights as you discover that you can do more than you ‘think’ you can! After our climb we’ll enjoy fresh baked banana bread and healthy hot beverages in the lounge.

When: Sunday, April 22 Earth Day @ 1 – 6pm.

Where: The Edge Climbing Centre in North Vancouver. We’ll meet at carpooling coordinates which make ‘sense’ to where people are originating from, then carpool to The Edge.

Organic Brunch + Pacific Spirit Walk

Join us for a day of fine food, forest, and fun!

What: HeartSong Organic Brunch + Pacific Spirit Walk

Who: HeartSong Members who wish to connect with others in stimulating conversation, an environment of delicious, healthy cuisine plus commune with Nature - the greatest nurturer of them all!

What it Is: We’ll begin indoors with a sumptuous selection of Brunch offerings to choose from – all organic and home-made. After a soulful fulfillment of food and conversations, we’ll head to the beauteous Pacific Spirit Park (the Endowment Lands) for an awe-inspiring walk through this magnificent forest. The trails in this Park are so diverse – ranging from coastal deciduous to lush rainforest conifers. You’ll come away from this Event filled with the essence of Nature – and glowing with its beauty.

When: Sunday, May 6 @ 10am – 2pm.

HeartSong Hike!

Where: Cypress Mountain / Black Mountain

What it Is: We’ll meander our way up incredible trails, past intimate ponds, through larch forests, catching glimpses of sea, sky, and city far beyond on our way to a breathtaking 360 degree view for our picnic lunch. This hike will be less arduous in terms of verticality than last summer’s Stawamus Chief Hike. Interested participants would be wise to do some hiking and/or stair climbing to strengthen their cardiovascular system prior to this inspiring hike.

When: Sunday, July 22 @ 10am - 5pm. This is a rain or shine event!

Wild Herb Walk!

Join us for a day of natural learning, regeneration, and fine company!

What: Wild Herb Walk

Who: HeartSong Members who are keen to learn more of Nature’s wisdom, connecting with others who love being in the great outdoors

What it Is: Meet ‘Our Local Allies’ - Natural Herbs! Join AHG herbalist Tobi Panter for a nature walk to identify some of Vancouver’s healing plants in Camosun Bog. The Bog, on the eastern edge of Pacific Spirit Park, contains many unique plants. This informative, interactive walk will also include some of the area surrounding the Bog. While we will not be harvesting plants, discussion will include tips on harvesting and preparing medicinal teas.

Our expert guide, Tobi Panter, is a Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalists’ Guild. She is also a Registered Acupuncturist and Jin Shin Do® practitioner with a private practice in Kitsilano. For more information on Tobi visit her website at www.humholheal.com.

Join us for Life Passion HeartSong Café - our inspiring, stimulating monthly evenings.  This Innovative Social Event is open to everyone interested in personal growth - Singles and Couples. Invite a friend - or two - or three! Make this an enriching evening to remember!

• Within minutes of a “HeartSong Café" beginning to roll, the room is teeming with energy and vibrant new ideas – the outcome of sharing our hearts and our minds with each other.
• After co-creating a collective overview of what we've discussed during this “HeartSong Café" evening, we continue mingling, enjoying the vibrant and life-affirming energy of being together – bringing out the best in each other, and sharing our laughs and smiles!

an Evening of Inspiration!

Everyone has something rich within them – be it creative talent, unique wisdom, humour, or ability to inspire others in some way.  Many of us – because this wisdom comes so naturally to us and/or we’ve carried it within us for so long - assume that what we have isn’t valuable to others.  This couldn’t be farther from the truth.  We each carry vital pieces of the ‘puzzle’ of each others’ learning, healing, awakening, and growing in this Earth journey.  In many ways we are here to be each other’s catalysts, muses, mentors, and inspirations.  We at HeartSong are keenly interested in stimulating and encouraging this rich sharing.

So ...  Put on your creative thinking cap, and let us know what you’d like to contribute to our upcoming "Let Your Soul Flow - an Evening of Inspiration" !  Several weeks prior to this event we will coordinate a ‘flow’ for the evening based on what people have offered to share.  We’ve already got Members’ offers to read poetry, re-create school comedy skits, do a ‘Marilyn’ impersonation, perform a solo dance, create music, play the Japanese harp ...
